Zachary Development Group is planning a 320-unit, two-phase development on a 2.4-acre former industrial site at 3501 Hiawatha Avenue in Minneapolis.

Two complementary phases

The Woodson is a 105-home first phase with a workforce-housing component. The Tower is a planned 215-unit second phase. Together, the phases combine housing, ground-floor activity, and transit-oriented site planning.

Connected to the Blue Line corridor

The site is positioned approximately two blocks from the 38th Street Blue Line station, with rail connections toward downtown Minneapolis, MSP Airport, and the Mall of America.
