The Woodson transforms a former flour mill property into workforce housing at a strategic transit-oriented location connecting MSP Airport, the Mall of America, and downtown Minneapolis.
The project combines 105 homes with community amenities and ground-floor commercial space while reactivating a site that had sat vacant for six years.
